You can pause, skip, swap, cancel or modify your subscription by logging into your subscription account. If you need to update your address, order frequency, or the items in your subscription, simply log in and make changes at least 5 days before your next order is scheduled to ship! Your subscription renews automatically each month on the same date as your original purchase, using your saved payment method. You will receive a notification three days before your next charge to remind you of the upcoming shipment.
If you need to update or modify your subscription, you can do so in your account settings before your order is processed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, charges are non-refundable. However, you can cancel or adjust future shipments at any time.
