Cold Pressing
Preserving Purity
Within a few hours of harvest, the freshly picked olives are transported to the mill to undergo cold pressing. This delicate process, done at low temperatures, protects the oil’s natural antioxidants and aromatic complexity, resulting in an premium olive oil
Filtration & Decanting

After extraction, the oil is gently filtered or naturally decanted to remove any remaining olive particles, ensuring a crystal-clear texture while maintaining its full-bodied character. This step enhancesstability, longevity, and purity, preserving the oil’s golden-green brilliance and fresh aroma.
